Driver’s License – New State Resident – As a new resident of the State of Texas, you are required to obtain a new license within 90 days from the date of your move. For more information, visit www.txdps.state.tx.us. A new license may be obtained at the Texas Department of Public Safety, 5215 W. Loop 390 North, Marshall, 903-938-2171

Vehicle Registration – New State Resident – As a new resident of the State of Texas, you have 30 days from the date of your move to register your vehicle in Texas. For more information, please visit www.txdmv.gov. A new vehicle registration may be obtained at the Harrison County Tax Office, 200 W. Houston Street, Room 108, 903-935-8411

Visit Texas Secretary of State to get information about voting.  Voter registration cards in both English and Spanish are available at the Marshall Public Library.
